We cannot "medicate" ourselves out of our health patterns that we have “behaved” ourselves into. We have to "behave" ourselves out of them. We do it by addressing the same lifestyle and environmental factors that have brought us here in the first place: nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep and relaxation and relationships.
